serene gardens, beautiful room decor, fine views
Some parts of the hotel could use better maintenance!!! The lack of clarity regarding which pool drinks were included in happy hour led to confusion!!! Lastly, a more varied breakfast menu would certainly enhance the experience!!!

Had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay on a weekend, recommend this place. Clean hotel, and the staff were really friendly and amiable, location was amazing nicely facing the sea. Truly enjoyed our impeccably clean room on level 2. Location: the property was just off perfectly manicured gardens with 2 inviting pools, and santubong national park. The breakfast was generous, the check in was fast.

It boasts gorgeous, amazing location close enough to the surrounding areas as well as with a dramatic backdrop of the mountain;))

The chef's personalized meal service for kids was really good, making our family meals good!
Unfortunately, our room was quite distant from the main facilities, a hassle carrying our bags, especially with a toddler.

wonderful stay with a few drawbacks
The pool was a fantastic escape from the heat, with a fine view of the surrounding nature. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with many options suited for different palates. I especially enjoyed the sea view while dining, made each meal special.
The small size of the hotel led to a crowded atmosphere when larger groups arrived.

Beautiful gardens and tranquil atmosphere with lovely pool views. Attentive staff made sure my needs were met, and the in-room breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
Some areas could use a touch-up. A few fixtures felt outdated compared to the beautiful surroundings.

Santubong's dining scene is like a treasure hunt! The hotel restaurant's Wasabi Prawn and Chocolate Brownies? Absolute winners! Plus, the staff are just lovely and super attentive, making you feel right at home. And you can't beat that sense of security and serenity for a getaway!
Just a heads up, the shower's glass window is a bit too 'Hollywood' for privacy, and the toilet could use a polish. Pool bar service needs a boost—no cocktails at 5:30?
